Big O Tires

After a few places told me they could not fix my lawnmower tire, I went to Big O. They took my tire right in and said let me see what I can do. About 15 minutes later the guy came out with it fixed. saved me time and money.

I have used this business for years. They have always performed all my services well (tires, brakes).

They got to me quickly…the person (lady) at front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable about the work being done to my car…even offered to take me to garage area to explain why I needed the work done. Overall a very satisfactory visit.

I've used the Frankfort store for about 10 years, I've never had the great service at any other tire store like I've had here. I had a problem with a tire slow leak. I stopped at two other places in Lexington and was told I needed new tires because the nail in one tire was too close to the outer edge. I could clearly see it wasn't . I called and made an appointment at the Big O in Frankfort for the following week. Brian the tech looked at my tire and told he it could be repaired as it was not in the sidewall. THIS IS WHY I COME HERE FOR WORK ON MY VEHICLES!! The honesty from this store has always been this way. I've bought several sets of tires and boat trailer tires as well. I love these guys and have a real trust in them. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE....Your best store is my store. Thanks Guys!

I do not live in the area and hopefully will not experience any auto related issues the next time I am traveling through. I was very happy with my service
