Big O Tires

The guy that is currently acting manager was great to deal with. I had been here in the past and the other two managers i dealt with made me stop going here. The store should definitely make this guy the permanent manager if you’re at all concerned with returning customers. I watched one of the prior managers tell an old lady he didn’t think he could give her car back unless she had her brakes changed there. “For safety reasons”

they were super helpful and knowledgeable it was a great experience super kind they were fast with the repair it was a pleasure being survived by them thank you

I had bought some Big O tires a couple of months ago and was time for a rotation. Also had my alignment checked and brakes checked. It took a little while to get the alignment check completed because the guy was having some issues with the vehicle he had in there before me. But the tire rotation and brake check was done quite quickly. The staff was super friendly while we waited inside with our 4 year old son.

I came in because I had a slow leak in a tire. They were able to work me into the schedule and repair the tire. I was pleased with their professionalism and communication.

Everyone was so very helpful and kind especially the front desk associate! Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but he was a tall gentleman with brown hair, glasses, and had a tattoo on his arm. If I ever need anymore help with my tires I am definitely coming back! :)

Staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and did a great job! They were extremely quick too which was nice!
