This team is always up front with expectations on time and money. I am always called when completed or if something that needs attention is discovered on my vehicle . Two of my children have taken their vehicles to this location on my recommendation and were equally satisfied.

There is no BS here. They let you know what is going on with your vehicle and when it will be done and what the cost is, no hidden fees or wasted time.

Dropped off a trailer tire to be mounted on an existing rim. Did not wait for tire to be done. Work was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The guys were super helpful in me getting our vehicle in and out of the parking lot. Would totally recommend this Big O for your tire needs in Placerville.
