I took my car to the next nearest Big O where they honored the free tire rotating that goes with a purchase of tires at Big O in spite of the fact that the paperwork I brought in was incomplete proof of purchase. Their acceptance of the paperwork I had saved me from making another trip. I'll happily go back there.
