Staff was great

They accommodated me when I couldn't find my wheel lock key, and helped me find it.

Steve was very knowledgeable and polite. My dealer told me I needed new tires, but I actually didn't yet and Steve let me know. He could have needlessly upsold me but he didn't, and gained a loyal customer in the process. I will absolutely be coming back once those tires wear out.

All the associates were very kind and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Our wait time was a little longer because of some unforeseen issues with other customers but the associates communicated with us the entire time.

I was traveling back to Washington State when the low tire light came on and stopped at the Big O for assistance. They were able to determine the problem immediately and replaced the broken sensor n my tire and i was on my way in over an hour! Great service and Darren the manager was very helpful during this process! The other staff that I met and talked with were very professional in their work. This shop was well organized and user friendly! I am glad the tire sensor happened on my way through town! A job well done!

The team was ready to receive my vehicle at the scheduled time , explained what they were going to do based on trouble I reported and kept me informed as they went and I work was completed quickly and completely.

Steve was fantastic. Many of his crew turned up sick but he somehow got our job done on time. He was very friendly and a great communicator. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Over the past several years, I have used Big O in Placerville Ca. and have not had any problems. The staff are very friendly and explain everything clearly.

The staff texts to ask how my car is doing. Told me to drop by to have the brakes checked. Finished them quickly. Price was good. My back brakes cost over $300 more at another company. My car now drives like it’s new and I have over 120,000 miles.
