Pete was extremely helpful in explaining the issue with the Cameron Park location being no longer part of Big O. I explained how unhappy I was with their customer service & offered a welcome to Placerville gift, an appointment with a discount. I will definitely will be back as I no longer deal with Sierra NV Tire either. Thank you Gail Morales

The team at this location goes above and beyond for my family and me . All 3 of our vehicles have been worked on at various times not just for tires. Oil changes to emissions work to front end and radiator replacements and always very communicative about time lines and work to be done

Assistant manager Steve Smith made purchase and installation easy and efficient.

The employee helping me check in was really helpful, I brought some gifts for the employees and they really helped me out and made sure everything was working great with my car. Thanks yall!
