The lady was so nice and helpful. She was able to show me the bracelets that was for sale and even helped me pick out charms for Mother's Day. I was very satisfied with my visit!

Anthony was GREAT. I’ve been in a couple times and I will say he is a 13/10 every single time with every Costomer too. Super great employee that I hope you as a company truly values. Not you usual “oh yes we care about Anthony” blah blah, no., that man makes you your money. Plain and simple. Value that or get out of business lol.

Anthony knew what he was talking about. He showed me multiple options (all which were good). He was able to get me what I was looking for!

Kara was an awesome associate, she was helpful and knowledgable of all of the products in the store. She was able to help me and my husband sort through my indecision on which items to purchase by asking me thought proviking questions. And she never made me feel bad for having to repeat her answers. Great customer service. Thank you Kara!

Brittany S (the salesperson) was so kind and smiley when I walked into the store to get my pandora rings cleaned. She returned with my rings very quickly and they looked good as new. She informed me Pandora sold a cleaning kit for $20.00. I was unaware of this and super excited when she told me as I live 3 hours from the nearest Pandora store. I purchased the kit and we talked to better get to know one another. She was great and I appreciated her kindness!

They didn't question the return they just replaced the broken bracelet. They were very kind and helpful. Cheyenne worked quickly and was very kind.
