I was needing a new ring to replace one I lost. I didnt know what I was looking for ajd the lady Alice really helped me find something I liked, and would wear. Also gave me stacking recommendations too.

Jewelry is beautiful and holds up well. Store is bright and clean and on the mall. Salespeople are always nice and friendly. My biggest problem is deciding which charms I want to buy.

Our employee who helped us was incredibly talkative and made sure we knew she was interested in what we were saying to her. She helped us almost right away and was very speedy. The checking out took less than 5 minutes and gave me multiple rings to try.

Autumn was the absolute BEST! I walked in randomly not knowing there was a new store in my mall and I had just gotten the email about the Halloween charms and knew I had to go in. Autumn was EXTREMELY patient with 3 of us ogling everything and trying to make decisions. My main reason for purchasing was the skull charm but ended up getting something for my mom for her birthday as well as adding some stopper keepers to my simple bracelet. I also had no idea about the free bracelet event. When we got back to the car I realized I didn't get two openers I wanted and the free bracelet my purchase qualified for, so we went back in. Autumn was able to correct our mistake and we ended up getting the free bracelet and purchasing a charm to go on it for our friend who was with us and did not have a Pandora charm bracelet. Our experience was absolutely fantastic and our friend, who was waiting back at the car, was absolutely THRILLED when we handed her her new bracelet. Thank you Autumn for being so kind, friendly, and patient. We can't wait to shop with you again.
