I am highly satisfied with this purchase. The reason being, the staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I don’t like feeling rushed in a purchase, especially a meaningful purchase.

I love the overall presentation of Pandora jewelry; I wear silver and it sparkles and draws your eye to the detail of each piece. It's fun, it's pretty, it's elegant and you can personalize the jewelry. The interchangeable charms let you wear the jewelry more often instead of it being a once in a while piece. It's trendy yet timeless and will be a staple of my wardrobe. I did however just lose a mesh bracelet that was a gift with purchase over $150 because it's lock would not stay closed; I feel that loss, I was upset with the loss and learned it's a discontinued item and so for that reason I will not replace the mesh bracelet.
