It is always a pleasure to deal with the people at this location. I feel that my best options are always explained to me.

Braxton was the associate who helped me from the time I called the store to the time I checked out after the service. I had a tire blow out and needed new tires. They did not have the tires in stock that I wanted but Braxton tracked some down and was able to get me new tires there in a couple of hours. I took my vehicle in and was all set in no time. I really appreciate the help and how nice he was. He explained things to me so I would understand it all. I’m not too savvy when it comes to vehicles. Thanks for the help, Braxton!

Big O fixed my flat tire for free and offered new tires at an affordable price at checkout but did not pressure me into getting new tires

We have been going to that location for many years. I was a little worried when it was purchased by the new owners, but have been there a few times and like how it is being run. So far so good.

Doing a cross country trip from Delaware, I scheduled oil change, rotation and alignment at another Big O dealer. Morning of appointment, I called the scheduled dealer and they informed me they had a break in overnight and not sure if they could service my Lexus RX450h. I immediately called the Sandy, UT Big O location and spoke to Taylor who said they could service my vehicle now. It only took 1 1/2 hours to complete my unscheduled service. Plus, they completed most of my 90,000 mile scheduled Lexus maintenance for a few hundred dollars (which would have cost me over $1,000 at a Lexus dealership.... the SLC Lexus had a 10 day wait for service). While waiting for my vehicle, I saw some really great customer service by all of the sales team. From people needing a tire pressure checks to regular servicing or new tires. I was so fortunate to fine a really great Big O Tires dealership while travelling across country. Thanks Taylor.

The guys over there took good care of the vehicles that were brought in and even made accommodations to make sure we were taken care of and informed us what was going on the whole way. The service was very friendly as always and no hidden fees or charges. What was promised was promised.

Everything was great, as usual. Just wasn’t expecting it to take 2 days
