Big O Tires

It took a little while longer than I thought it would but the work seems great and my car drives much better than before, it was a little expensive but it is what it is

I’ve been to other Big O locations in the past and have had some really bad experiences. I’ve been turned away when going in for a simple fix (that took 2 minutes at a different car place), I’ve had my car held for much longer than I was promised, I’ve been charged more than I was quoted, workers have been rude and called me names, etc. But every time I’ve gone to the Big O in Sandy, the workers have been incredibly kind, they have been willing to work with me with my time constraints, they’ve talked me through problems they’ve run into and efficiently fixed them, etc.

I appreciate that the check in was easy and the price was in line with what was quoted to me. I did not appreciate that even with an appointment it took over an hour just to get a new battery put in my car.

I have been going to this Big O's for 20+ years. Even with the ownership change a few years ago the quality has not changed. The staff is friendly, easy to work with. They have great communication and you get your values worth. I think it speaks for its self that I have been a customer as long as I have. They have worked on every vehicle I have owned. Jenny was extremely kind and professional. Sometimes when I go to auto shops and speak with male employees they make me feel kind of dumb when I don’t know everything that they are talking about. Jenny explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. I really like that this Big O location has a female I can talk to because I can relate. I was there with my 2 yr old and she remembered his name and was really sweet to talk to him.

They are always thorough and do a great job.

Our customer service guy, Omar, was amazing and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my car. The service and time were great! All around a great experience!

I am well treated over all. I feel like I can trust that I am not being pressured to purchase things I don’t need. And although no price was communicated to me on this trip I have a high level of trust I am not being taken advantage of at the Dandy Utah location. I travel a good distance from my home to use this location.
