Kate was very pleasant to work with because she listened, asked questions to understand my goals, and offered appropriate options without being pushy. She was very patient, showing me how the clasps worked and careful to include everything needed. It was a most pleasant shopping experience from start to finish.

I was welcomed kindly into the store and had friendly conversations with the associates there. I was shown what was available and told what promotions were available to me. My associate was very kind and walked me through the purchase of my products.

The staff is very friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile when I come in. The staff is very knowledgeable I went into the store with a general idea of what I wanted, and the salesperson found the exact right charm I needed.
