I was highly impressed because the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had, she knew a lot about the products, and she was very respectful and friendly. Also, the response time / availability was quick, so it left no time for the customer to grow impatient or left feeling invisible which I feel is very important.

The purchase was quick and easy. Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable about the charms. She even informed me about the cleaning services. The store was also clean and the charms were nicely displayed

Th customer service was so friendly and helped me instantly. I needed to get sized and the associate knew instantly what my ring size was. Showed me all the options and helped me with the right one.
