The store was busy when I entered, however I received a prompt apology and advised someone would be with me asap. Paul, the colleague who served me, was fairly new to the store, but guided me through my selection from start to finish and, if he needed to clarify something with a more experienced colleague, he did and did not try to waffle or make up answers.
