Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

I came to Dreams after being let down by Bensons. I ordered a mattress in November and still don’t have it. Dreams have given a delivery date of less than one week!! Amazing!

We had a great experience at Dreams. The staff were all really helpful and approachable. Teck helped us find what we needed and gave us a good understanding of the different products we were looking at. We are very happy with our purchases. We will definitely return in the future and be recommending Dreams to friends and family.

Loved the new technology you use to find our perfect bed. The sales person took us straight to a bed which we found perfect instantly. When certain items were not in stock they found alternatives, so we went away with a product we wanted.

All our needs were met and we came away with the product we wanted. The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and honest.

When we walked into the shop we weren't 'pounced on' like in other stores. Lovely friendly staff that helped when we needed it - beautiful products and got my dream headboard! Thank yo so much - can't wait for it to be delivered!

Overall our experience was great, we popped in on our way to another appointment to test drive a car and then returned afterwards. We spoke with the same sales person when we returned, he was very friendly and asked us lots of questions about how the test drive went. The only thing I would have liked would have been to have asked what our budget was before testing out any mattresses to get a better understanding of our needs
