Very helpful and friendly staff

As soon as I entered the store, I noticed the SleepMatch machine to the side and was swiftly greeted by Michele after entering the store who was very happy to tell me what it was and how it works. While we were waiting for the machine to prepare everything, I was offered a drink. Once SleepMatch found the best mattresses for me, she took me around to the ones that were within my price range and told me the differences between all the mattress types and encouraged me to try them all. She was very helpful and knowledge despite being a new employee there. I was very impressed with the customer service Michele showed and can't give her enough praise. Later on when making the purchases Sarah was there and she was also new, but Michele and Sarah worked together to make sure my order was correct and logged correctly. They were both very friendly and weren't overbearing either. I will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family in the future!

The man was very helpful gave us lots of different choices to chose from and it was so easy no hassle what so ever and the staff where very professional and knew what they were talking about.

Sarah provided us with all the information we needed to select our bed and mattress, as well as giving us space to discuss what we wanted to buy as well as the extra bedding items. She was friendly, very informative and non pressuring making it an enjoyable buying process.

I didn’t spend a lot of money on my trip to Wrexham Dreams store but even so the customer service was exceptional! I felt welcome from the moment I entered the store and throughout my visit!
