Dreams

We were greeted upon entering the store, we had a look around and were shown the product we were looking to purchase. Importantly we were given space to discuss our needs and wants allowing us to come to a final decision on our purchase. We then spoke to a staff member who was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to process our order, we were offered tea, coffee or water ( which is a lovely idea) we were looking for a delivery date well into next month this was no an issue to the staff and our order was processed and finalised to our satisfaction. We were given information on the product and the guarantees. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly and we left with our dream bed being delivered to us at a time that suits the work we are getting done in our home at the moment. Overall we were delighted.
