The member of staff named Kaio was new and had only been there a few days. He informed us he was new but he has clearly had very good training. He was very helpful, very friendly, gave us time to discuss and was welcoming when we came back into the store after having a walk to think about it. His knowledge of the products was great and he seemed commited to making sure we found a bed that was right for us.

He was friendly knowledgeable whilst still learning his role asked about usage for the matress to ensure it would suit needs. Informed us about offers and was not pushy as I'd of walked out if he was.

The customer service was really good. Kiao was new to the store but was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We left having purchased the bed and mattress we were aiming to get.

Staff were friendly and assisted with what I needed as I didn’t know what mattress was best etc. I used the sleep machine and matched to what I needed.

Good quality beds and excellent staff

I am highly satisfied because I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They also seem very knowledgeable about their products from beds to bedding. I am happy with the discounts that I've received and look forward to my bed being delivered and assembled for me. All good upto now.
