When I entered the store I didn’t know where to start. Andy was absolutely brilliant. Andy showed me to the virtual mattress which was brilliant and gave me an idea of what mattress would meet my needs. Andy then helped with the frame and had very good product knowledge. Easy to place an order with no pressure.

Excellent experience in store, sales team very friendly & professional. Complimentary drinks & exceptional service. Definitely will return next time.

I have been coming to 'Dream' for several years, the service, friendliness, the efficiency and chose of product are excellent and I would not 'DREAM' of going anywhere else. The gentleman who served me had only been with the company a few weeks but did a good job and had obviously trained well by the Manager and I left well satisfied.

All the staff were excellent really approached

Staff were happy to help and suggested using the sleep match machine. They helped to find the right type of mattress, without being pushy and were considerate of my budget and needs. The ordering process was also quick and delivery time very reasonable. Would recommend the store. Both Andy and Abs were really helpful, friendly and transparent. Overall great customer service from this store.

They were quick and efficient in talking me through the product and the difference between them all, and kept me engaged in the process of it all not leaving me mind boggled.
