Instantly greeted by a friendly face, Helen was very helpful & took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, we enjoyed a hot drink & a biscuit while she guided us through the ordering process & we left feeling certain we have made the right mattress choice for us, Can’t wait for it to arrive now & have a lovely restful sleep with sweet dreams!

Store assistant was extremely helpful she was new to dreams and did a wonderful job. Compliments to the support and training she has had in-house. Great service

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Was really satisfied with the service I received from entering the shop Helen approached us I I told her exactly my issue about require new matress and my budget. She proceeded to put me on your computer bed to see what would suit my needs . Then recommended what would suit me she was very polite and helpful if I could have purchased her as well I would have lol.also offered something to drink while completed the traction and explained everything clearly and had great attitude to her job . Would go back if I was needing to again and recommend friends family to go for the service compared to bensons next door , the matress on display where very dirty where loads of customers had tried them out. Where yours where spotless and even offered a pillow to try with your display stock.

Helen the assistant was very helpful in identifying our needs. She showed us different options in different price ranges and allowed us to try each out. Once we had decided she was very helpful in processing the order and explaining the delivery process. We would definitely come again.
