Really good service. Came into store with only a rough idea of what we wanted. Chloe showed through all the various options of beds, sizes, storage and functions etc. she was really friendly. Made making a decision easy. Came back the following day after making a few measurements at home to place the order and Lee had the same friendly approach. Made the whole thing easy!

The staff were very knowledgeable, asked us to go on the bed that defines what level of firmness would be best. Tried all recommended mattresses. Explained construction and warmth of them. Waited while we tried some a few times. The lady who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was colleague who added some knowledge himself. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Staff explained I could receive additional items within the stated price

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Chloe and Paris, everything was explained clearly and they answered everything I asked about, the frame and mattress.My wife and I were offered refreshments and they made us feel very welcomed.I would highly recommend Dreams in Llanelli , as the choice of beds we were shown and explained about, and the excellent service we were given.
