Welcomed on arrival...used a scanner to measure best bed for myself..delivery day sorted out quickly...friendly knowledgeable staff

When we visited Dreams in Canterbury, we were not expecting to purchase a mattress, but the staff, product knowlege, the time the member staff spent with us, was truley amazing. We did not feel pressured, and spent lots of time trying out lots of matteresses. Thank you. We are very happy with our purchase. We will definately recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Although our salesman,Mike, was a trainee we thought he provided the information we requested. The layout an design of the store was very good and easy to maneuver. The lower ticket items were closest to the front and higher end towards the back. A 3 week delivery time seems reasonable. We did not like the fact that the company does not accept American credit cards. We shop in Canterbury daily and no other business has refused our American credit card....they accept it at all food shops, for example.

We were looking for a new bed. Dreams the 1st store we visited made us feel Welcome and Valued as a customer so we didn't look elsewhere and purchased a bed.

The building was light, clean and enjoyable staff to answer all your questions
