Staff were very friendly, genuine and efficient. It was such an easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Super customer service. We had actually bought a bed from another shop, but have been waiting for 3 months and it's now going to take further month or more. Have cancelled the order and came to Dreams to see what they had on offer. So wish we had come to Dreams first, as we would of had our new bed by now. Delivery time fir the bed is 2 weeks, amazing!!!

Just the 1 sales person in store didn't wait long and item I purchased showed wrong price tag to the computer sales guy correct it and I purchased it at price shown nice guy

Sales person was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions we asked most enjoyable experiemce

The salesman came and asked if I would like assistance, I asked to have a look first and Was told of course, the salesman ( named George ) let me know if I had an queries to just ask. I then had a good look round, there was a huge range with lots of useful information on the boards at the end of each bed. I was impressed also that the price was on the boards to. I approached George to ask about the bed that tests to see how you worked it ( my husband wouldn’t use it) he explained and also told me the benefits. It was very comfortable if a bit strange to feel it move beneath you. Then George showed me 3 mattresses. As soon as I felt the cool bed I was happy to buy.
