To be honest, it was one of the easiest experiences - Kevin and his colleague (his name escapes me but he was the primary contact and utterly brilliant) were highly attentive, helpful and made it a relaxed sale built on confidence. There was no pushy sales either so it was completely straightforward.

I found the right bed, received a great customer service

David was great. He had a really in-depth knowledge of the products and was able to answer our questions. He explained things in a way that was easy for us to understand, and we at no point felt under pressure to make a purchase. It was his knowledge and ability that sold us. All the staff were really friendly, and each one offered us a drink during our visit.

Kevin was really helpful in helping us choose the best mattress to fit our needs. Not pushy at all just really informative and relaxed. We didn't purchase on the day but we remembered our choice and purchased over the phone a week or so later. David was great at putting everything through for us and organised delivery on the day of our choice. Overall excellent service
