The whole experience was very smooth, although the assistant was very new she was also extremely helpful. We didn’t have a clue about beds but she introduced us to your trial bed and spent ample time with us letting us try the beds recommended,even though I couldn’t decide between the final two, she didn’t hurry us and was very good natured and helpful throughout. Any points that she was unsure about she didn’t hesitate to call on her colleague for help. Altogether a stress free buying experience.

First the cleanliness of the store the way that beds were laid out plenty of room to walk round over all it was a good experience help given by the assistance of your staff was very good and friendly making the shopping trip very pleasant.
