Scott devoted time and knowledge to us, assessing how we tested mattresses and made suggestions to suit our needs.

Your sales assistant Scott offered us a friendly greeting, assessed our needs and suggested we try the profiling bed. He offered us a drink and when the profile was complete showed us the suggested mattresses to try. Once we decided which mattress to purchase, the process of payment was straight forward and easy. Delivery time was better than expected and was further confirmed by text today. At no time was pressure put on us to buy a specific product, which is nice to find in these days of pressure selling.

Scott was very engaging, nothing was too much for him to explain, if he didn't know the answer he asked another colleague for the answer. It was a great experience to talk with one consultant and not have another to 'chirp' in.. looking forward to my delivery which can come as soon as my room is ready for it..
