First of all, the person that has welcomed myself and my partner and that has assisted us all the way through, Neri Carlos, was absolutely excellent! He understood what we were looking for and he lead us to find what we needed, starting from the machinery that checks your body position on a bed etc… we felt very relax with the whole process and we actually enjoy the time out trying different mattress before choosing the one for us best suited. I was aware from Neri’s colleague that he is new worker in your store. I would say with confidence that I wouldn’t have realised that if I wasn’t told to. Great guy! Well done for this first phase, now we will be awaiting for the delivery and we are looking forward to our new purchase. Regards Damiano

Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We were happy with the range of available mattresses and pillows for us to try. We used the "test bed" to analyze our sleep posture and were quite happy with its recommendations.
