Couldn't be happier. Charlotte and Liam took great care of us. Despite my indecisiveness and changing my mind constantly Charlotte was so helpful explaining everything into details. So lovely and easy to approach, and not to mention that we were offered cold water in such a hot day. We were so pleased with the whole experience and will definitely return more than likely to buy a new bed frame :)

My daughter needed a bed set so went to Dreams , We were greeted by an amazing sales assistant Charlotte. Charlotte was fantastic she explained everything and helped us choose the right beds for my daughter. She really knew what I wanted and made my life so much easy. Five stars rating

We came in to the B083 store in Ipswich Europark. We were greeted by Charlotte, who recommended we tried the sleep station to figure out what would work best for us as we’d never bought a mattress together. So we started fresh, let the tech do its work, Charlotte showed us to each mattress, telling us background info on each mattress which helped us to reach a decision. Charlotte then left us whilst we debated between 2 mattresses a Tempur and a TheraPur and let us know where to find her if we needed her. Charlotte helped us process everything through the system, going through each stage so we were fully informed and 100% on our chosen purchase. Charlotte was super friendly and nothing short of amazing. I felt like she really connected with us and we ended up staying in the store chatting away for a long time as well as being distracted by our 9 month old Freddie. Thank you Charlotte for just being you and making our day such a great one, you’re worth your weight in gold and so much more!! :D - Vikki & Dean

Knowledgeable staff (both individuals involved in assistance and sale ). Looked at various types of mattresses for needs (one person suffering from spinal injury and fibromyalgia ). Friendly and informative but not pushy like some sales representatives are. Given time to consider options and availability. Friendly staff with a lot of advice and time for customers. Quick delivery time and flexible and supportive service both in store and by delivery operatives.

We had an enjoyable shopping experience. Your mattress is one of the most important items in the home and it's a challenging decision to get right. We felt we came out with a great match for us.
