Was a great experience. Massage was excellent and therapist took time to listen to needs and addressed them. My only problem is that it went too fast! But unfortunately, we can't slow down time.

First and foremost I love the availability of appointments!!! The ambiance of the facility is perfect and the staff are friendly, informative and knowledgeable!

I feel the facials are a great value when you join the membership. I think Freida takes that time I need to discuss what I'd like to work on with my skin. The app is easy to use .

It was so easy to make an appointment. My esthetician (Nina) was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with the final result.

This is a spectacular location! Let me start by saying that from the moment you walk in, it feels like an actual spa. I was able to book a facial with Amber today after the Columbia, MD location canceled my appointment, get this, after I had already signed in at the physical location for the appointment. The technician called and was driving to NC to see her grandmother. Horrible and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend that location at all. Drive a little farther out to the Clarksville location and be positively immersed in a wonderful team experience that will leave you feeling well and valued. Amber was an amazing technician and I will book her every time. Don’t y’all try to book up all her spaces and leave none for me either. Anyway, the front desk team was knowledgeable about products and made heavenly recommendations. The new associate made this citrus and cranberry spa drink that I wish I could make at home. She was so kind and considerate and treated me like I belonged there. Well she is right, I bought a membership because they were that great. Had I not gotten canceled by the Columbia location, I would not have had the wonderful experience that I had today. This location is independently owned so your experience is top notch. It was so clean and inviting. I cannot wait to return.

The service was on point, the gal who did the facial was incredibly knowledgeable and provided some great tips. I also Didn’t get pushed to buy products. It was asked but not necessary

The location was new. The area was very clean. The esthetician was very sweet and tried hard to do a good job.

The visit from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can’t wait to go back for my next visit!
