Massage therapist was excellent! He listened to my needs and tailored my massage accordingly. He was friendly and professional and actually cared about making me feel better. When I entered the spa I could barely stand upright due to low back pain. When I left, I felt like a new person and was walking completely upright. He was amazing! Friendly receptionist who was also very welcoming.

I would love to go back to Hand and Stone but I'm currently working part-time only so unless there were 50% specials, I am unable to patronize again anytime soon.

I leave a service feeling relaxed and looking forward to next visit. The waiting area could use a more relaxing environment. The receptionists were talking and answering the phone. A true quiet, calm seperate relaxation room would be be a nice touch before and after the service.
