A great experience!

Ken and Heather were both so welcoming when our senior living bus came to see the raptors. They had saved several seats saved for us up front even though there were already over 100 people there to view them. I can't say enough about their hospitality!

Staff was helpful and friendly; what I was looking for was in stock.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member who offered help. Having had a membership with WBU in another state and very pleased with product and knowledge there, I wanted to support the Bloomington store. I appreciate all the store offers to our bird friends and the community.
