Hand and Stone

I enjoy every service I receive from Nicole. I look forward to each of my massages every month. She always asks where I’m in pain, and spends the most time on that area! She tries new techniques to improve my pain!

My massage therapist, Nicole, does an amazing job. She focuses on the areas I need and is very knowledgeable. She is always prompt and she is the reason I have kept my membership.

I love Nicole, I followed her from her prior spa to Hand & Stone. She does a great job of remembering from month to month areas of my body that need extra attention like my piriformis/sciatic nerve.

Everything was perfect. The massage was wonderful and extra attention to my shoulder was exactly right.

Destiny checked me in and out, was very courteous and explained well the membership details. Tracy was also friendly and amenable. She asked good questions and was responsive to my answers and adjusted if needed. She did a great job on the massage, i recommended her to a friend who is also a member at hand and stone. I will return to Tracy again.

The front desk staff were really nice! They answered my questions about my gift card and seemed genuinely friendly. AV was an excellent massage therapist. I appreciated that she asked me about my boundaries and where I was feeling stress. She made me feel very safe during my visit. I will come back to this location again!

I love my massage therapist Nicole. She is so kind, she recommends ways to help keep my body in the best possible condition and she knows my problem areas well. I have been going to her for a year now and I can feel the difference in my back and neck because she’s that good. I will keep my membership because of her.

Hannah is thorough and tries her best to address all questions that I ask her. Comfort level is great. Products used seem to be beneficial.

First and foremost, my massage specialist, AV, was a 10! She addressed my specific areas and was very careful in the areas I asked her not to massage. It was extremely relaxing! I could tell a big difference the next morning on my ability to stretch and have no pain. Secondly, the room was immaculate and the entire spa was exemplary for cleanliness. I also loved the water drops after the service. I am looking forward to booking my next massage with AV!

The receptionist staff are friendly and welcoming. Armando is excellent, considerate, and gifted in what he does. I like the membership option because it "forces me" to remember to take care of myself. Often, I don't consider how I feel about things and have too long neglected me. Coming to Hand and Stone is my time that I gift to myself. Plus it makes me feel better.
