Hand and Stone

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone and my first facial. It was a very relaxing experience

Always clean and timely, therapists are genuine and always ask if service is meeting expectations, I really do enjoy the membership, just wish every additional item was not an extra charge.

Massage was one of best I’ve had. Whole place is welcoming. Liked that I could get last minute appt.

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable. His technique is very precise and purposeful.. You can tell he is very educated. The staff at the reception area are very professional. The atmosphere is not overwhelming with aromas that other spas feel they need to add to the ambience. I appreciate that there is no "hard sell" of products.

I enjoy every service I receive from Nicole. I look forward to each of my massages every month. She always asks where I’m in pain, and spends the most time on that area! She tries new techniques to improve my pain!

I love Nicole, I followed her from her prior spa to Hand & Stone. She does a great job of remembering from month to month areas of my body that need extra attention like my piriformis/sciatic nerve.

Destiny checked me in and out, was very courteous and explained well the membership details. Tracy was also friendly and amenable. She asked good questions and was responsive to my answers and adjusted if needed. She did a great job on the massage, i recommended her to a friend who is also a member at hand and stone. I will return to Tracy again.
