The staff were streamlined friendly and attentive. They listened to all our needs and did anything g they could to help us during the process! We were buying our first bed as first time home owners and they took the time to explain everything to us in detail.

We ordered a bed initially , then after having new wardrobes fitted , we knew the original bed would not fit . So we went back to store & have now ordered another one. Great service .

We had been before and a mattress has been discontinued. Spoke to the customer assistant who we'd met previously and he helped us find the next in range. Then we made a purchase on finance. Good service and we even got a hot drink whilst we did the payment process.
