The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. We where offered a drink and made to be very welcome and comfortable. There was no pressure in having to buy. Very straight forward information regarding mattress quality. Thank you. Overall our experience in the store was excellent and we will definitely buy our second bed from this store.

As a first time buyer never having bought a bed, the process was very simple. All mattresses were clearly labelled so easy to find the style I preferred. Also the verity of bases and how you can customise them was great too.

Had a very friendly greeting from Gemma when entering the store, after we explained our needs she invited us to use the sleepmatch machine. She talked us through what would happen and left us to enjoy the experience. The test results showed the type of bed we should be looking for and Gemma then took the time to talk us through the best options. Having provided us with pillows we tried a few options and finally decided on the mattress we were happy with. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative shopping experience, we will definitely use this store again for any future bed or mattress requirements.
