The lady that served us asked all the right questions to find out what we needed. She gave us a variety of choices and even showed us items in clearance with really good deals.

The Dreams representative was knowledgeable about all products. We were helped to purchase the best bed for our needs, and she was attentive and helpful. We were also offered water and coffee, which I have never been offered at any shop before.

I loved the diagnostic tool that helps customers choose which mattress best fits their needs. That takes a lot of pressure away from me and my husband. Also Tejal made the entire experience a delight and we cannot wait to go back and buy more things for our new house! She’s been super helpful and made the process very easy for us.
