The staff were very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, they were also very welcome and there was no pressure to buy anything therefore I felt relaxed during my visit

At no time, did I feel pressured to buy, but was given plenty of time to look around, before being approached. This, I found refreshing. A simple greeting as we entered, was sufficient and made us want to stay longer in the shop.

Went in for a browse to see what was available as first time buying a bed and didn't know what to expect. Sales staff were extremely helpful and and patient, guided me and my partner to finding the right bed frame and mattress. The sales staff gave us plenty of space and time to make a decision and guided us through what promotions were on at the time evening helping us save a little as well!

Val was amazing! So thoughtful towards my budget and needs and very professional!

Excellent products and knowledgable staff

The sales assistant Val was pleasant knowledgeable and patient and went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed to be able to make the decision to buy.

On entering the shop I was met with a very friendly lady her name was Val. Throughout the visit she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient regarding my needs for a suitable mattress. There was no pressure only much appreciated advice.
