We entered the store with our 15mo looking to order a super king TV bed. Tracey greeted us and spent at least an hour with us understanding our needs, finding our ideal mattress type and holding the baby for us while we tested mattresses. She made what could have been a stressful experience into a relaxing one for my wife and I, and the baby thoroughly enjoyed playing with Tracy all morning!

Everything ran smooth from start to finish.

Amazing service, lots of choice, great customer care and a pleasant shopping trip. Left the store with exactly what we needed.

Both Tracey and Steve were extremely helpful and obliging even offering tea and coffee and leaving us to decide what we required. Tracey explained she was relatively new but she seemed to be very knowledgable and extremely helpful and even dealt with my brother and sister-in-law the previous day who also purchased an item without my knowledge. They were also pleased with the service Tracey gave. When I return to the store for pillows etc I will be looking out for Tracey to deal with us. Just looking forward to receiving our purchase and a good nights sleep

I found the people who were employed at the store were both friendly and helpful meeting my wants and needs.

Very knowledgable staff even the new member if staff was very helpful. Friendly, understanding staff.clean store with anti bacterial hand gel still available.

Only wanted a reasonably priced bed frame for spare room. Limited options in lower priced frames.

The lady that served me told me immediately that she was in training and one of her colleagues would be watching over her, she done a very good job and didn’t need too much assistant from her colleague
