Just found the assistant very helpful / knowledgeable and we felt at ease with the service experienced

Given good information and advice that made making a choice easier. Salesperson was very helpful and pointed out many options. She gave me as much time as I needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again if I need to make another purchase.

Lovely Tracey serviced us went out of her way to accommodate and listen to our needs

Me and my partner were looking for a mattress and Tracey was quick and attentive to our needs. She took us step by step through the process of the Sleep Match and was very knowledgeable about the products it matched us with even though she had only been there just over a month (we couldn't tell!). We ended up finding a mattress we loved and at a great deal! Tracey was lovely to talk to and the rest of the staff were just as accommodating.

considering we only went to have a look and came out with a £500 mattress I think your assistant did a cracking job. She was very helpful without being pushy and explained every thing to us and helped us to pick the right mattress. Considering she hasn't been at the job very long we thought she was very good.

The staff were amazing from the second we walked in the door until we left. The knowledge of what mattress we needed was great, they allowed us to take as much time as we needed. We was offered refreshments upon arrival and during our visit. The staff were able to answer any questions we had straight away. We will 100% be shopping at Dreams in the future.

The team spent a lot of time finding out my needs and very helpful as I have mobility issues they had a lot of patience and showed kindness in their approach also offered tea coffee and water which was gratefully accepted as it was a hot day

We were personally attended to by staff. Offered drinks throughout our visit. Great range of options and prices. Did not feel pressured into purchasing a particular product. Given the information to make the necessary decision. Friendly staff (especially Tracey).

brilliant service from start to finish from tracey and steve. tracey talked us though all the options we had and didn't rush us one bit. overall a brilliant service and will be recommending to family and friends!
