Stephen was really helpful, was very friendly and gave us a bottle of water. He was very knowledgeable and made it a quick and easy experience.

We went looking for bed for our autistic son who is in a care home,we found the staff were very friendly & helpful giving us lots of info about the products we chose, although we mixed & matched the bed & headboard the staff helped sort the correct pieces,Steven the sales rep we dealt with was very knowledgable about your products,

The assistant although new, answered my queries, and if unsure checked with his colleague to ensure giving me correct information. He took time to discuss options. Both staff members were friendly, courteous and made the experience enjoyable

Greeted by a friendly team who offered us drinks throughout. Took the time to listen to my needs and I tried the sleepmatch to find my ideal mattress. They also took lots of time to let me test different mattresses with a pillow. Great service (Bournemouth Castle point)
