Quick and easy

I called the store before the visit to check on access for wheelchair etc. Michelle was very helpful and was there in arrival to help us. Throughout she was very helpful

I went into the Wrexham store trying to find a good value mattress that I could take away with me that day as I needed it asap. I required a cheap but good quality mattress. I was greeted by both Michelle and Paul who were extremely helpful. I was given a drink and they found a great deal for me with a ‘blue cross’ mattress. They listened, understood my needs and provided the best possible solution.

I visited Wrexham store to browse for a bed for my son, I found one similar to his liking, Michele the sales consultant was able to provide me with all the information on the bed and mattress, I went away promising to return the following day with my son, which we did, again Michele was working and keen to show my son how the motion bed worked, she had such patience and time as my son has a brain injury and can be very in your face, impatient, impulsive and can come across rude but I previously explained to Michele the day before about my son and not to take offence to his behaviour, she was so empathetic and understanding, she made me feel at ease and was great with my son. Michele has excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to help, she definitely deserves a huge pat on the back. We placed the order, selected our delivery date and are completely satisfied, I felt as if I had made a friend with Michele, I shall be returning soon to buy another bed and even my daughter is heading to Dreams in Wrexham over the weekend to buy a bed and mattress. We'll done Dreams Wrexham. My whole shopping experience was wonderful.
