Sales person listened to what we didn’t like and led us to the one we did. There was no pressure selling which I hate but just good advice. My daughter also loved the bed she bought there so we’re happy all round

Customer service by Craig was excellent. Using the machine to find the correct mattress to suit me was very good, will hingly recommend to friends and family towards future mattress and bed purchases.

Craig came to greet us as we entered the store, he asked us for a few details on what we were looking for, and explained the use of the computer assessment, which was tried out by our daughter. He showed us several beds that fitted our criteria, which we all tried, we found a mattress that we liked, then he showed us the different types of bed frames and fabrics. We were able to make our selection quickly, he processed our payment and that was that. Overall a satisfactory outcome. Craig made what could have been a quite daunting task both easy and enjoyable. We will be back in future to purchase at least one more bed, if not two. Shirley Buchanan
