Friendly staff, good advice, quick order process

Very good sales team we didn’t feel pressured in to buying a bed we received advice.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the beds and when it came to processing the order other staff members were there to support where necessary as it was a slightly complicated order. All members of staff that I came into contact with were friendly and very professional.

All staff was very helpful in finding me the best deal for me. Also the machine was very helpful in finding the right mattress that I need for the perfect night's sleep. The complementary tea and four free pillows were a bonus. Thank you

Knowledgable, quick and thorough

The gentleman greeted us as we entered the store and was very helpful throughout our visit, we were impressed by the bed that showed the type of mattress we would be suited too. The gentleman also offered us refreshments during our visit too whilst we were choosing.

Due to the friendly staff. They're knowledge of the product and hospitality was first class. Especially Barnabus.

Immediately welcomed by Barnabas who was determined to show us all our options and provide additional insights.
