We were greeted at the store by a lovely and friendly assistant (Jemimah) who didn't pressure us at all which was a pleasant start. She was very professional with her knowledge of the products on show and gave us excellent advice once she had taken us through the demonstration bed. Was probably the best shopping experience we have had in a long time. We'll done 👍

First I had a budget, that I thought was competitive with your opposition Benson for Beds...but, I was pressured to go higher and higher.. I plummeted for having my bed installed and packaging removed, but none of that occurred.... I rung the Kitty Brewster store (Aberdeen) to make them aware, buy the excuses I received where not acceptable... I will not recommend Dreams, to my friends and family. . I did hesitate due to the reviews I read, it was a lot of money that I work hard for as a District Nurse... Shame because the bed is lovely....
