When I went in to the store o was approached by Dan asking if I needed any help, he was very helpful and knowledgeable but not at all pushy and not trying to sell me the most expensive product but the best product to suit my needs and budget after using the sleep Match

I needed a new mattress, and due to ongoing health problems, ideally wanted someone who could advise on the various types available and their suitability. After browsing the Dreams website, I decided to visit the store at St Andrews Quay Retail Park, and make use of the Sleepmatch service. The friendly staff greeted me, and Jayne took me through this service, explaining everything beautifully. She then showed me a great selection of mattresses that were recommended, and described each mattress in detail. I found her product knowledge to be great and really helpful. Jayne had fantastic patience as I tried out loads of mattresses, and she explained each one's pros and cons, and prices. With my final selection whittled down, she let me try out those mattresses again, without being 'pushy', and I felt she was a joy to be looking after me so well - so refreshing in this day and age! I decided on a Tempur mattress, and we then went through the purchasing process. I was really pleased to receive some discounts and extras, including two expensive Tempur pillows. Jayne sourced all the bedding I had also chosen, and even carried these out to my car. Gold Star Jayne! - Thank You.

The staff were really friendly. Offered tea or coffee. Listened to what we needed and showed us what we needed. Left us to try a variety and came back with a pillow for us to get a better picture. All in all a dream of a shopping visit.

It’s buying a bed frame. For me a mundane task.

The member of staff dealing with us was exceptionally patient and very keen to listen to our wants and needs. We had our 14 month old with us, she was very patient, waiting for us to sort him and even offered to watch him whilst we tried mattresses. Everyone was happy for him to roam around - he was in a crazy mood and this made it so much easier, we were not made to feel embarrassed by him (as we have been elsewhere). She recommended realistic and affordable options.
