I was greeted by an assistant who explained about the mattresses, invited us to try, I went on the selector machine. She left us to ponder and make my decision, which I liked. Not to be rushed. She was very friendly and helpful.

Jayne was so friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome, gave us loads of attention but without being over bearing. We felt looked after. She was quite knowledgable, and was able to advise us well to meet our needs

The attendant I was wish was very kind, polite and understanding as I tried some of the same beds multiple times to really get a feel for what I needed. Her manner was patient and understanding of needing to take time to make a final decision before going ahead with the purchase (about 10 minutes), and was very kind. While discussing options with her the other colleague came over and raised the price of the Tempur mattresses by £100 and did so in a very "I don't care" kind of way. However, the female colleague who was attending to my needs spoke with him and said she wasn't going to charge the new increased price, while the male colleague seemed very much set on wanting to charge the extra £100. Over all, I'm very satisfied with the attention to detail for my needs, the care for my needs and also her ability to use the new checking out software as she was a newer employee than the gentleman, who didn't want to use new software, and was very vocal about it. She was kind, polite, friendly and very understanding, whereas the male assistant was very much her opposite, which was my only major concern.

We knew what we wanted and Jayne made sure we tried the mattresses we were interested in and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision

Jayne our shop assistant was very friendly without being over friendly. She was very professional and had a good product knowledge. She didn't rush us at any point whilst making our decision which hopefully will be the correct one as we spent a lot of money on our new mattress. All in all a pleasant shopping experience at St Andrews Quay, Hull

Despite the assistant being new to the store and admitting that she was still learning she was very pleasant and helpful. She came to help very quickly but applied no pressure. We'll done to her.
