We were helped by Gregory at the Leamington Spa store and he was most helpful. I was looking for expertise and he knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy and made us feel at ease and welcomed in the store. Great service, will be back.

On entering store was greeted by Greg who listened to our requirements and informed us of the Sleepmatch computer bed which would analyse our sleep position and recommend various options. We were given a drink of water and then shown all suitable mattresses. A pillow was given to each of us as we tested recommendations given by Sleepmaster and we tested the options carefully whist Greg informed us of the various constructions of each mattress. It was an interesting and informative and actually we enjoyed the whole experience. There was no pressure to purchase by Greg and we were given plenty of time to discuss options and eventually decided to purchase. We felt well looked after and we are excited about our purchase and look forward to sleeping in comfort before long!

The Person we will deal he is highly knowledgeable and helpful. He gives us a clear idea about the product and spends time with us in the shop without hesitating. Also, he answered our questions.

The sales man was polite friendly and professional, and made it easy for us to choose what we wanted also knowledgeable.

Greg who dealt with our mattress purchase was extremely professional. We were offered a drink upon greeting us, found the perfect mattress with sleep match and provided us with a pillow each to test our range of mattresses. Extremely Knowledgeable and very professional.

It appears that via a finance company Dreams are operating a ageism policy. I am 84 years old and your finance arrangements are only available to persons of 79 years or less. In this day and age this is totally wrong !!! I appreciate that this will not be read by any person that matters but need to get it said. Alex Watkins
