Dominic welcomed us well. He listened to our needs and understood. He was kind and considerate to my children who the beds were for. He offered us water and was patient.

I was told that the type of bed I needed could be supplied in less than two weeks. Your competitor in Redhill has not delivered in two months.

From the moment I stepped into the store staff were courteous, understanding of my needs and swift to show me merchandise that I wanted. They were solicitous and helpful without being over-bearing.

The salesman was great, he knew his products and explained all the added extras, and the young lady in the store was also very friendly, I felt at ease and my son and I came out smiling. He got his new bed and I received top service with a smile. Well done to them both

I think it is very misleading the 50% signs all over the store when there wasn’t one item I wanted that had any form of discount. There were 20% and 50% signs everywhere but I wasn’t offering any discount. I did the bed test and there were around 8 options recommended of which none were on the discount.
