The lady who helped was great, got what we were looking for quite quickly. She wasn't pushy either.

The in store adviser was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She guided us to find the best products for us. We felt we could trust the advice given. She spent quite a bit of time with us.

The young lady that was dealing with us was extremely friendly and her knowledge was A1 she was there when needed but she was not overbearing I fully recommend her diligence and we will certainly visit again

Claire who was looking after us was really friendly & not pushy at all. It felt like she was more interested in us getting the right mattress for us & not just pushing the most expensive options. She also helped to make sure we got the best of the available offers.

We made several visits before making our purchase. The staff gave us lots of time and answered all our questions. They seemed very knowledgeable and aware how to help with my problems with my hips and back. They explained the technology to us which was very helpful. We are satisfied that we made a very informed choice.

There was a good choice and the layout of the store was clean and tidy. The lady that served us was friendly , knowledgeable but not pushy and gave us al, the information w3 needed to make our decision .

Friendly staff on arrival. Helpful during my time at the store. But didn't pester me just there when I needed advice from Claire.
