The staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy with trying to sell things we didn't perhaps need. The analyser bed was good to help us narrow down the selection of mattresses that would be suitable.

The sales advisor ( Linda I think) was lovely. She's been very patient, helpful and gave us the best advices . She been very polite and offered us water .

Excellent member of staff. Gave us all the relevant information we needed with out a smooth talking sales pitch. It was a concise straight up run down of pros and differences of each product. Gave us extra cover options but gave us the choice.

The staff came to us as soon as we entered the store, she explained everything to us, offered us bottles of water and stayed in the background when we were at the stage of making a decision.

We visited Dreams in Market Harborough and were greeted by Claire. Claire was incredibly helpful and supported us with buying the right bed. We changed our minds many times and she was very patient. Excellent customer service couldn't be happier! Her knowledge was excellent and she was very friendly - a real asset to Dream's.

Claire, the lady that served me was very professional and explained any questions I had superbly, she was very helpful and even took the extra items I bought in store the the car. I shall sat she is a credit to your team , thank you so much

The assessment of which mattress would be suitable was excellent and reassuring that we were making the right choice. The friendliness and knowledge of the assistant (Claire) was outstanding. If all shop assistants were like this, it would be great. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Emma also helped at the end - and she was great too.

When I walked in, both members of staff were busy but one made herself available whilst her other customers were looking at something else as soon as she could and handled us both very well (talking to the other whilst one was looking at something) until her colleague became available. Both members of staff I interacted with were very friendly, very efficient and explained everything well in terms of both the product and the process. I was upsold the extended warranty, but this was done very professionally and not pushy in any way (and the extended warranty sounds like a great deal, I am usually warry of such things as in my industry (IT), extended warranty is usually a bad deal but it was explained well and seems genuinely useful.) Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely shop with Dreams Rugby again.
